B&H was created by Chloe with her passion and experience for Beauty & Hair Industry. Chloe wanted to create a space where everyone is welcome to experience professional and personalised services.

Meet Chloe, the talented owner and director of B&H Collective – a salon that offers exceptional hair and beauty services. With over 13 years of experience in hairdressing and 6 years in beauty therapy, Chloe is a true expert in her field. She has spent 7 years managing a successful Hair & Beauty Salon in Caringbah, where she led a team of 14 talented staff. But for Chloe, it's not just about giving her clients great hair or glowing skin. She genuinely cares about their wellbeing and always goes above and beyond to make sure they feel happy and satisfied with their salon experience. Whether you're looking for a new hairstyle, a pampering beauty treatment, or simply want to feel like you're in good hands, Chloe and her team at B&H Collective will make you feel right at home.

Meet Sofie, B&H Collective's beautiful beauty therapist.
Sofie joined B&H COLLECTIVE in August 2023 and is the perfect addition to the Salon, bringing along with her a wealth of knowledge in all things Beauty.
She loves sculpting the perfect brow, as well as sending you into relaxation bliss with a B&H Facial.
Sofie also provides Spray Tans, Lash Lifts, Makeup, Waxing and.....

MADDY has been a member of the B&H COLLECTIVE Team since FEBRUARY 2024.
Maddy has been hairdressing for over 7years and has a passion for beautiful blondes and lived-in colours.
Maddy join us from MONDAY - FRIDAY
as well as taking REQUESTS for Saturdays.

CHLOE HAS DONE HER RESEARCH ON HAIR & BEAUTY BRANDS ON THE MARKET AND HAS CHOSEN PRODUCTS THAT ARE SAFE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND ALSO FOR YOU-THE CUSTOMER!
EACH OF OUR BRANDS USE RECYCLED PACKAGING, AND ARE SHAMPOOS AND CONDITIONERS ARE SAFE TO WASH DONE THE DRAIN.
